| The State of Louisiana offers a program to international visitors that are in the country for 90 days or less where they can receive the tax back on items they take back to their country. The international visitor pays the sales tax at point of purchase and receives a form from the store that is rebated at a State redemption center. Tanger Outlet Center in Gonzales has been a Tax Free Shopping Zone for over ten years, and all stores participate in this program. |

| Bus Groups of 15 passengers or more that are shopping for one full hour may check in at the VF Outlet store to receive special rewards. Each passenger will receive a free Tanger coupon book filled with hundreds of dollars of additional savings opportunities.
