ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Critical relationships and partners include: Store Operations, Human Resources, Merchandising, Marketing, Distribution Center, and Call Center. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 5-7 years of retail experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory capacity. • Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail apparel experience preferred; hard lines experience helpful. • High school diploma or equivalent, college or university degree a plus. • Prior experience working in a commission environment preferred. SKILLS: • Excellent interpersonal, creative problem solving, organizational and time management skills. • Proven ability to identify top talent, create teams and train, develop, retain great people. • Demonstrates high quality service techniques and philosophy, including customer service, problem/complaint resolution. • The ability to read, analyze and interpret company policies and procedures.
