Gap Factory Lead - Gap Outlet (843) 497-0273 Full Time GENERAL SUMMARY: The Lead executes the day to day business plan created by the General Manager and fosters a positive customer and employee experience. The Lead supports the on-the-job training of associates while communicating development feedback to the leadership team. The Lead supports the leadership team in fostering a positive work environment that ensures both internal and external customer satisfaction and drives sales. The Lead is required to work together with peers and sales associates and perform a variety of cross-functional tasks as assigned by the leader on duty. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: At Gap Outlet, we promote putting the customer first, then team and task; in general, the Lead performs any duty within the store that supports these priorities. The following duties will be directed by the General Manager and may be altered based upon the Lead’s status as part time or full time: Customer First: •May occasionally act as the Leader on Duty as needed and consistently models the brand service standard and sub-brand selling behaviors during non-peak business hours •Is a Role model for stock and sales associates and ensures a positive, friendly and efficient customer experience •Shares feedback from customers with leadership team to improve the overall customer experience •Maintains company standards of neat, clean and organized sales floor, employee areas and stockroom Then Team: •Role models a positive work environment for all employees •Upholds and oversees company policies as outlined in the Policy & Procedure guide, including Code of Business Conduct and the Employee Policy Guide •Supports on-the-job training for sales associates on company initiatives and standards to ensure that everyone fully understands company direction •Recognizes and rewards positive individual and team performance, including utilizing company recognition programs •Communicates any policy violations to the leadership team in a timely, confidential manner •Communicates development feedback of sales associates to the leadership team •Attends management team meetings as requested by General Manager •Helps store drive all KPI’s as determined by Store Leadership Team And Task: •LOD •Operations DOR •Oversees Shipment Processing, Replenishment, Markdowns and tracks productivity to ensure that the team is meeting and/or exceeding the company’s standards and audit compliance •Manages shipment supplies and fixtures and communicates needs to the leadership team •Ensures stockroom and stockroom activities meet Risk Management requirements.
