Shop Tanger Outlets for extra savings on your favorite back to school brands. South Carolina offers consumers a "break" on sales tax just in time for "Back to School Shopping" August 1-3, 2008. (Some tax exemptions apply.) Both Myrtle Beach centers will be distributing complimentary local coupon books.
