Tanger Outlets Cookstown Customer Service Representative (705) 458-1371 Part Time Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this part-time position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers and tenants, responding to inquiries and supporting promotions and marketing events. Must be dependable and willing to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) up to 27 hours per week. RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond to customer and tenant inquiries (in person and phone). • Manage lost and found (ie; report log, tagging lost items). • Manage wheelchair and stroller loans. •Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a professional manner •Sell centre gift cards. •Sell Tanger Club memberships •All customer service representatives are accountable and responsible for maintaining assigned cash drawer. The CSR must: -Accurately balance cash register at end of shift. -Follow all prescribed procedures for reporting any cash discrepancies. -Print all supporting documentation and reports. -Inform all customers of special promotions, upcoming events, etc. -Distribute coupon books and promotional materials. •Perform database entry •Assist center management by completing minor reports such as: Promotional inventory report, promotional items, lost and found log, coupon books, brochures, roof leak log, HVAC PM service tenant documentation, etc. •Welcome tour buses and provide tour bus shopping packages. •Complete other special projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • Previous relevant experience • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally • Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook Please drop off your resume at the centre Management Office or via email to jkleinberg@riocan.com
